The space

No shared walls. Open concept living space that flows from kitchen to dining area, then over to living space and patio. Bright and airy feel throughout.

TOP FLOOR: two bedrooms, each with full attached bathroom. One has a 55″ Roku TV and King bed, while the other features a queen bed. In addition, a laundry room is also available for guest use.

MIDDLE FLOOR: Kitchen, dining area, powder room, living area, and patio with grill. 65″ Roku TV provided with attached Super Nintendo (SNES) to relive some nostalgic games! Living room also has an electric fireplace installed. Dining area seats 6, with an additional 2 chairs at the island.

GROUND LEVEL: Bedroom with office set up to work from home. Additional full bathroom also available. Garage and front door access.

Guest access

Access is through a unique keycode that will be assigned and shared with you shortly before checking in. Once checked-in, you will have access to the full home, plus 2-stall attached garage. Additional parking is available in 2 shared spaces across from our home. Please note that large SUVs (e.g., Suburban) will be too large to fit in the garage.
