Booking & Reservations
You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired property and dates. Once you’ve found the perfect property, click “Book Now” to begin the reservation process. You’ll need to create an account or log in, provide your information, and complete payment to secure your booking.

Yes, most properties require a security deposit ranging from $300-$500, depending on the property. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 – 10 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. For stays longer than 30 days, we may also accept direct bank transfers.
During busy summer or short term rental seasons the minimum may be 30-90 days so the company can maximize profit
Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.
Most of our properties feature self check-in with digital keypad entry or lockbox. You’ll receive detailed check-in instructions via email 48 hours before your arrival, including access codes, parking information, and important property details.
Yes, early check-in (after 1:00 PM) or late check-out (until 2:00 PM) may be available for an additional fee of $50-$100, depending on the property. These options are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Plessd schedule your check ins a week in advance and have a call with us 72 hours out to confirm who you will meet at the property to walk you in or else you may be stuck with a self service entrance which can be complicated at some properties as you may or may not have to be added to the guest lists

Absolutely. All our properties undergo thorough professional cleaning between stays, following our enhanced cleaning protocol. This includes sanitizing high-touch surfaces, washing all linens at high temperatures, and ensuring the space is pristine for your arrival.
Yes, we provide hotel-quality toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. You’ll also find essential supplies like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent to get you started.
Parking options vary by property and location. Some properties include free dedicated parking, while others in urban areas may offer paid parking options nearby. Parking details are specified on each property listing.

Policies & Rules
While specific rules may vary by property, our standard house rules include:
- No smoking of any kind
- No unauthorized guests or parties
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- No pets unless specifically permitted
- Proper disposal of trash and recycling Complete house rules will be provided with your booking confirmation and are available in the property.
No, we do not allow parties, events, or gatherings beyond the maximum occupancy listed for each property. Our properties are located in residential areas where we prioritize being good neighbors.
Each property has a maximum occupancy clearly stated on its listing. This number includes all guests regardless of age. Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted and may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.
We understand accidents happen. Please notify us promptly about any damage or issues. Minor accidental damage is often covered without additional charges, but significant damage may be deducted from the security deposit.
Longer Stays
Yes, we offer discounts for longer stays. Bookings of 7+ nights typically receive a 5-10% discount, while bookings of 28+ nights may receive 15-25% off the nightly rate. Discounts are automatically applied during the booking process.
Yes, many of our properties are available for monthly rentals. Monthly stays include additional benefits such as bi-weekly cleaning service, flexible cancellation, and potential customization options. Contact our team directly for monthly rental inquiries.
For stays less than 28 nights, all utilities are included in the rental price. For monthly stays, standard utilities (water, gas, electricity) are typically included up to a reasonable monthly cap, with excessive usage billed separately. High-speed internet is always included.
